I have been doing Yoga with Sagar now for approximately two months and it is the one activity I look forward to the most each week here at MELBOURNE. This is the first time I have embarked on the Yoga journey and have noticed an improvement in overall flexibility and core strength, which aids in ensuring my lower back issues experienced in the past don't return. I also enjoy the meditative nature of the sessions which helps clear the mind of the day to day work stresses and prepares one for the afternoon ahead. If only it were held twice a week."
