o PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE: We offer a diversity of yoga classes with expert and experienced instructors to support students in developing and maintaining their personal yoga practice.
o EXPERIENCE BASED: Everything we teach is based on personal experience supported by ongoing practice of rigorous physical and intellectual study of Yoga.
o PEACE OF MIND. We encourage peace of mind through yoga postures (asanas), meditation (dhyana), breathing techniques (pranayama and relaxation (shavasana).
o EVENTS: We cultivate community by sponsoring and supporting special events like International Yoga Day that share the many benefits and styles of yoga with all.
o PRESENTATION: We help conduct and organise various Yoga education and community presentations.

We offer various classes a week at different locations in the Melbourne suburbs to accommodate different interests, abilities, and schedules.
We host retreats at interesting locations in Victoria for individuals interested in wanting to get away and immerse themselves in yoga.
- TRAINING EMPHASIS:
Our programs emphasize on safety, ethics, integrity, and knowledge consistent with the roots of Hatha Yoga, which includes the eight limbs and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
